Don't waste your money or time. Customer service is non existent. I should give it a zero stars rating. The sound was good when it wasn't squelching in my ear or hurting my ears or making my voice and footsteps sound like I was in a tunnel. I repeatedly told them I was having trouble fitting the units plus other issues with their app and blue tooth connections and asked for help several times. I got nothing but a run around. I waited weeks for an appropriate response. I'm done. I have asked for a label and I will send them back for a complete refund.
