Reviewers most often said these aids improved clarity and confidence, especially in noisy groups, streaming, and social settings, with one reviewer calling them life-changing and others saying they sounded natural or better than prior Phonak models. Other reviewers reported mixed experiences, including setup trouble, inconsistent performance, weak voice pickup, battery drain, and app or Bluetooth quirks, so the results did not feel uniform for everyone.

Very good for me. Some BT & feature quirks as they probably all do. Eg/s: aggressive BT connects; if muted & BT connects mute is dropped; why?! If I mute I want them muted full stop! Wish you could have one rocker activate function & the the other a different function.
Life-changing, but it need appropriately powerful receiver and small vent to diminish unprocessed sound reaching eardrum. My audiogram makes me theoretically eligible for M receiver, but it is false. I use currently P receiver in power domes from Unitron (thicker silicone). I'm… Read full review

Several reviewers said these hearing aids work well in quiet settings, at home, and in ordinary conversations, with some noting clear speech, a solid fit, and good phone connection. Limitations were repeated in noisier places, where reviewers described poor performance in background noise, and a few reported broken Bluetooth, devices that never worked right, or only modest improvement over earlier aids.

Reasonable speech recovery in most situations which is why I have them. No feedback issues. Supposed to be waterproof to IP67 but failed instantly after an accidental moment in the shower (many HAs are the same way…) One failed for no apparent reason but repaired under warranty… Read full review
These were really good. I used activevent receivers in titanium molds. I use them occasionally now to be sure they are working so they remain effective backup devices.
Reviewers most often praised solid everyday performance, with one noting strong streaming and another saying the aids were generally reliable and effective for daily use. Others described mixed results, including occasional bugs, annoying trial-mode tones, and weak performance in noise or wind; one reviewer said they were only okay.

The Marvel M90-Rs are my first hearing aids. I needed aids for nearly fifty years before being able to afford them. My learning curve is long ago over and I don't have much positive to say about these aids especially since I have nothing to compare them to. In spite of my review… Read full review
