Reviewers most often said these aids improved clarity and confidence, especially in noisy groups, streaming, and social settings, with one reviewer calling them life-changing and others saying they sounded natural or better than prior Phonak models. Other reviewers reported mixed experiences, including setup trouble, inconsistent performance, weak voice pickup, battery drain, and app or Bluetooth quirks, so the results did not feel uniform for everyone.

Very good for me. Some BT & feature quirks as they probably all do. Eg/s: aggressive BT connects; if muted & BT connects mute is dropped; why?! If I mute I want them muted full stop! Wish you could have one rocker activate function & the the other a different function.
Life-changing, but it need appropriately powerful receiver and small vent to diminish unprocessed sound reaching eardrum. My audiogram makes me theoretically eligible for M receiver, but it is false. I use currently P receiver in power domes from Unitron (thicker silicone). I'm waiting for titanium cShell with UP receiver and no vent to maximise efficiency.
previously used Phonak slim and Lumity, definately an improvement in BN, size lets it down
My hearing aids work quite well. I had my audiologist develop 2 programs for me, one for birding and another for use while playing my harmonica in a local musical group. I have c-shell "receivers" which I like better than the semi- power domes I had previously. But, the wire to one of the receivers pulled out from the c-shell in about 6 months so I had to purchase a new receiver. It seems to me that the warranty should be a bit longer, maybe a year or so. I generally use the Automatic feature of the Phonak app, but I do use my custom birding program frequently. I have a problem with the app because it will not remain in my preferred setting unless I keep my phone in the active Phonak screen. If I switch to a different app, like Merlin, it reverts to the Automatic setting. Maybe just a bug to be fixed by the Phonak programmers.
Good quality sound for hearing and streaming. But doesn't deliver the claimed benefits for speech in noise environments.
Life changing. The AI is just a different class to anything that has come before
I have totally given up on using Sphere. It supresses constant background noise but in a restaurant enhances the speech of all people near me so I cannot hear friends around the table. In the car I have to use my Roger to hear my passenger.
I have SSNHL and went from Phonak Paradise platform with CROS to one Phonak Infineo Sphere Ultra. It is working out very well and I really don’t miss the CROS
My hearing is very bad and there hasn’t become any improvement compared with my Audeo P70-R from 2020.
My first set of hearing aids so don’t have anything to compare them to, but they have been great in most environments. I think I have been lucky in that my audiologist is very patient with me and wearing them has shown me what I have been missing.
As long as you have room behind your ears and your neck can carry the weight...
Best hearing aids I have worn in the 50 years I have been wearing hearing aids.
I recently purchased Phonak Audéo Infinio Sphere I90 hearing aids and, while the sound quality can be very good, I have been extremely disappointed by the battery life. I am currently travelling around an extremely noisy city, where I have been spending a lot of time in busy streets, train stations, restaurants and other noisy environments. In these situations, the batteries seem to drain much faster than I expected, to the point where I have had to carry and use my old hearing aids as backups. I have significant hearing loss, so my hearing aids are not simply a convenience. I rely on them throughout the day. Having to keep checking the battery level and worrying about whether they will last has caused a lot of anxiety and has affected my enjoyment of the trip. What concerns me most is that these are premium hearing aids specifically designed and marketed for difficult listening environments. Those are exactly the situations where I need them most. If using the advanced speech-in-noise processing has such a major effect on battery life, I believe this should be made much clearer before purchase. With my previous hearing aids, I never felt that I had to plan my day around battery life or worry that I might suddenly be left without reliable hearing. The hearing performance itself can be impressive, but for me battery reliability is just as important. A hearing aid is only useful while it still has power, and at the moment I do not feel confident that these will reliably get me through a full day in real-world conditions. I would be very interested to hear from other Infinio Sphere I90 users, especially those with significant hearing loss, about the battery life they are getting in noisy environments.
Generally very good. Sound is natural, has all the features I need. Impressive noise reduction, especially during Blue tooth streaming. Works directly with TV, without expensive adapter. My only problem is with the skeleton molds (which are the only thing that stays in my ears), the wax guard on one side clogs up extremely quickly - average around weekly. This is due to the design of the molds, not a fault of the HAs
It took a while, and a defective pair, to get them working well, but I love them. My audiologist was terrific. I was at a small reunion last night and could not hear the conversation around me, even though we were outside. I put them in "speech in noise" setting and suddenly the voices were perfectly intelligible. My friend sitting across from me has KS 10s. I think that he will be upgrading to the Phonak Spheres. we are both pushing 80.
Very happy with these aids. They work in conditions I’ve never been able to hear in - especially out socially in noisy environments. I’m able to engage fully in conversation with whoever I’m with. Sometimes I manage better than people with good hearing !
Along with the Phonak slim tip AOV vent ear-molds these are the best Hearing Aids I've ever worn!
I just started using them, I borrowed the pair from the shop so I can make an evaluation.
It has been a big improving over the Phonak paradise. I hear much better in group settings and in noise.
More sound level settings. More clear than the Starkey. Notification of TEXT MESSAGES is tone only, even though they are supposed to be verbalized in my aids. SOMETIMES I get the text message verbalized in my aids, but mostly not.
It’s good, but the performance isn’t always consistent, and I’m not sure why. It has good noise cancellation, but with my audiogram and current programming, certain sounds can sometimes become noisy or distorted, especially wind noise or echoes. Also, in crowded or echoey places, speech discrimination isn’t very good, especially when I’m talking to someone who has a quiet voice. I’ve had to visit the authorized dealer many times during this period just to have my hearing aids reprogram med and adjusted.
Pas très bien dommage je suis parti pour les avoir pendant 4 ans maintenant 😔😔
My phonak audio infinio ultra sphere i90 TRIAL hearing aid works great. However I am selling only my Left aid as I just lost the right one and decided to reuse my older phonak hearing aides for now instead of buying again. If interested please respond
My audiologist is having difficulty setting them up. They are very good devices.
