Reviewers often said the HearLink 9050 sounded natural and worked well overall, with several preferring it to other aids and one praising phone use and Auracast. Some reviewers reported mixed experiences, especially hiss, noise-reduction quirks, or phone connection problems, and one noted background-noise conversations were still difficult with vented domes.

Overall works well. I dislike the default "intelligent" noise reduction. It changes the directionality and noise handling unexpectedly which I find disorienting. I had the Costco tech turn off some of the noise reduction and I like it better that way. Another issue is that in a… Read full review
The device has been great until recently when the app failed to work. I spoke with head office in Denmark and the head office in Canada and both are aware of the app failure but have no idea when it will be rectified. This is very poor service for a company of this size and reputation.
Reviewers most often said the Reveal aids improved hearing clearly, with one reviewer calling them comparable to Phonak and another saying they made speech easier to hear and were enjoyable to use. Mixed experiences centered on reliability and setup: one reviewer had phone connectivity drop during calls, while another warned the aids would face dust and moisture and was unsure how long they would hold up.

Very equal to Phonak. Impressed so far, we will see with a year or two down the road. They will get a lot of dust and moisture. My environment isn’t friendly to any hearing aid
Reviewers often praised strong sound, good battery life, small behind-the-ear size, and useful connectivity, with one saying the aids worked great and another calling them excellent for the price and good when tuned correctly. Limitations were mostly about fit, control, and setup: one reviewer wanted more app controls, another found the physical fitting painful and the lock irritating, and one said results depended heavily on finding the right technician.

Good to compensating my hearing loss. not enough self control of the settings like sound etc, Bluetooth not always stable, telephone sometimes not enough stable to hear everything clear
This was my first Bluetooth pair of aids and my first venture into private aids for about 15 years. I loved the streaming and being able to take and make calls again. But as even more frequencies dipped to nothing I was aware I was missing more. They were 4 years old when I changed to the infinios.
