These aids worked very well for me initially until, quite suddenly after 18 months, output dramatically deteriorated in my left ear, which might have been related to increased hearing loss in that ear. (RH aid was not affected.) However, it is my strong opinion that this one LH aid had also deteriorated, as evidenced when I swapped aids between my two ears. However I could never convince my Signia vendor nor, apparently, Signia itself that this one LH aid was no longer performing properly. As a result I'm currently using inferior OTC aids, simply because they provide stereo sound when using audio from my phone, despite the fact that the OTC audio quality is far inferior to what I was getting from my Signias before my LH situation arose.
Very good, not top-tier but perfectly fine
