Several reviewers said these hearing aids work well in quiet settings, at home, and in ordinary conversations, with some noting clear speech, a solid fit, and good phone connection. Limitations were repeated in noisier places, where reviewers described poor performance in background noise, and a few reported broken Bluetooth, devices that never worked right, or only modest improvement over earlier aids.
