Very disappointed with these HA's. Each one has been replaced several times due to diminishing microphone sensitivity. They also are totally inconsistent in their effectiveness switching between bright, clear sound and muffled virtually useless hearing enhancement without any noticeable reason. They work well for a few minutes and then go muffled, then switch back to enhanced hearing a few minutes later. Bluetooth streaming is also sketchy, one or the other will suddenly stop streaming and then resume again a few minutes later. Very annoying.

Sound and Gain level severely degraded. Returned them twice. Sound quality became muffled even with all filters being replaced regularly

Originally there were major compatibilty issues with my Galaxy s24 phone. Those have mostly been resolved with Bluetooth drivers to phone, computer and the device firmware. Switching between phone and windows computer is still somewhat problematic
