Reviewers most often praised clearer speech and a more natural, open sound, with some saying the aids helped them hear better in quiet settings, wear them all day comfortably, and use Bluetooth or streaming features easily. Limitations were mixed but recurring: several reviewers had trouble in loud places or with soft speakers, and others reported feedback, fit problems, app frustration, or odd sound quality that affected music, phones, or glasses use.

Pretty happy with device. Having some difficulty tempering an ASMR like sound quality I don't perceive in my older More 1 hearing aids.
Better for me than previous Widex Moment Strongly dislike rechargeable - squashed fit into recharge box
Helps to understand words better, especially women. Still has issues in high noise areas and events.
Lots of feedback, doesn't fit quite perfect. Between cone sizes. Really not happy, but trying to figure it out.
These are ones that allow you to soften or silent background noise, but they’re huge and cause problems with my glasses! If I am driving and change to sunglasses, the hearing aids drop off. It’s not an easy solution as I’ve even bought frames with very thin arms. I’ve also had nhs hearing aids but didn’t use these as my previous Siemens ones were fantastic. Small, compact and never a problem of fall off. They sat a little bit further back behind my ears. Also the tubing is beautiful and very fine. The Oticon tubes are much thicker and wider. Am waiting now to try these customised moulds. I’ve really benefited from reading your reviews and thank you for that. This I’ve joined this forum.
Constant feedback squeal since getting custom earmolds (from Oticon); still have difficulty understanding speech (even in quiet space) when the speaker is soft-spoken.
I vastly prefer Oticon's open sound paradigm as the speech bubble programs of other aid's make me feel cut off. In addition, studies have shown people hear better with contextual sound around them. Finally, Oticon is the first hearing aid that I can wear all day long without being fatigued. Other aids were too loud, too much noise etc. I use NAL-NL2 as Vac+ is not adequate if you want to hear properly.
It worked for speech quite well but not so well with phone or car. I found some odd delay type effects. With music it sounded as tho there was some frequency modulation going on that made it difficult to tune my musical instruments. I did find that I could hear birds much better than before
Difficulty understanding people from a few yards away. Very trebly. Hearing someone with a deep husky voice sounds high pitched and strangled. Not suitable for me as a musician.
After three trips to the audiologist it seems to work well to compensate for my hearing loss. Auracast works pretty well. Other streaming features are somewhat flaky.
Being a DIY user, I've deviated from the norm by disabling most of the so called Speech Enhancement features, and as a music lover, created a custom music program due to the very poor design of the MyMusic program.
Very good in quiet to moderately noisy environments. Very clear sound. It becomes tiring in high noise levels; could be better.
Intermittent cutting out and squealing noises with some kind of alarm going off, accompanied by me sounding as if I’m talking to myself … a bit like having a heavy cold or blocked sinuses. In can still hear through the aids on WhatsApp via my phone, but my own voice sounds as if it’s only inside my head.
This is my first day wearing hearing aids. Unfortunately I can't give these any kind of review yet because I have very limited experience with them so far.
Comfortable, love the Bluetooth connectivity, not good in restaurants etc
I have been very satisfied with the Oticon Intents.
works great but the app sucks
