Several reviewers said the Audéo EON Sphere sounded clear and powerful, with AutoSense, Sphere mode, and Bluetooth helping them follow conversations in noisy places and enjoy phone use, while one reviewer called the overall clarity, features, and connectivity outstanding. Some reviewers also described mixed or early experiences, including a defective first pair, Bluetooth disconnects at distance, a need for more tuning or software, and one person still figuring the aids out during the trial period.

UPDATE: Original pair of HA’s were defective, new replacements have performed very well. AutoSense has worked well, and when Sphere is active, am able to participate in conversations in a variety of noisy environments. Fitted with acrylic slim tips and M receivers. ORIGINAL: Audiologist returned HA’s to Phonak as possibly defective hardware.

I am demoing the EON. Loving them so far. Still trying to figure them out. I’m hearing sounds that I didn’t know existed. For example the electric clock in my bathroom ticks 🤷🏽♂️. Mix in HAs when talking on phone via Bluetooth is amazing.
Bluetooth disconnects from iPhone at 25 ft although it shows as connected.
Outstanding! Excellent clarity, features and connectivity.
Still much room for improvement but very new so more tuning is available
Have recently started using these hearing aids
Need software to do DIY programming
Still in the tryout mode however great results to date.
