Good for Blue tooth streaming from phone, but not significantly better than personal amplifier for TV, outdoor gatherings, noisy rooms, soft voices in large rooms, and sometimes not as good. Didn't live up to the promises in the company literature, at least not after several adjustments within the 6 months trial period at Costco.

They worked well and helped my dad with his hearing. However, he refused to wear him. They are brand new still in the original box original charger and they are charging up 100%.
