Originally there were major compatibilty issues with my Galaxy s24 phone. Those have mostly been resolved with Bluetooth drivers to phone, computer and the device firmware. Switching between phone and windows computer is still somewhat problematic

They are good hearing aids, but every now and then they restart or lose the connection during streaming.
Incredible hearing aid, and a notable experience jump from the Starkey Destiny I came from… Seasoned HA wearer so I can’t really comment on sound quality/performance of the HA itself because I’m now extremely conditioned to NAL-NL2

The Phonek 190R , for the right and left ear, with Charging Case, storage case and hard case. Also extra ear adapters and cleaning kits. These are brand new. I have never used these hearing aids. I got fitted for them six months ago and never wore them.

I simply cannot understand that a socalled premium device keeps loosing the App connection, is really bad at streaming (outside range no more than 30 cm or 12 inches) and had a really bad powerbank charger.
