The Phonek 190R , for the right and left ear, with Charging Case, storage case and hard case. Also extra ear adapters and cleaning kits. These are brand new. I have never used these hearing aids. I got fitted for them six months ago and never wore them.

I simply cannot understand that a socalled premium device keeps loosing the App connection, is really bad at streaming (outside range no more than 30 cm or 12 inches) and had a really bad powerbank charger.

Doesn’t work well in restaurants with my severe hearing loss. Voices are not clear. Battery life is fine. Feedback is an issue even with custom ear molds
Great noise reduction, just ok in noisy enviorns.

Not well in group situations. The TEXT MESSAGE reading of texts, verbal notifications of who called worked perfect.

This devices changed my life as they were my first real hearing aids, before this I couldn’t afford real hearing aids. I don’t give them 5 stars because they are not so good in medium to high noise places.
