I’m sorry, I don’t have the software, but others have stated the setting exists and it is the only way to clear the pairing once it has been established. I know my Audiologist used it to clear mine.

Well this is another way, with this kne u shouldn’t have problem connecting again, otherwise it may be that the streamline is faulty.
I know this devices are not reliable that’s why i got 2 of them lol
