I got one tv streamer with my Phonak spheres in January 2025. It went bad so after the first month so they gave me another one. No static green light. Two months later, the second one went bad as well so they have given me another one. My Audi was surprised because these things are generally reliable. Mine is hidden behind my wall tv with no reception problems. From time to time I touch the streamer to check the heat level and it is like room temperature. Otherwise I am happy with the device.

Update. I bought a new connector cord and it works fine with my cd player. I also ordered the adapter recommended to connect witht he output on the TV and will try that soon. As was suggested, I bought several connector cords so when I move the TV adaptor around I can leave the cord in place to more than one appliance.

You might consider connecting the output of each of your audio devices to one of these, then feeding one exit to your TV connector. If you include a Bluetooth connection for the latter you can also have that connector close to where you usually sit for easy volume control.
