Sorry, but your request isn’t something you’ll see released to the market. If Phonak won’t sell something that clients are asking for its because they’ve decided that brand reputation is more valuable than the potential profit they could make from the sale.
It’s sad the number of people who get what they want and then regret it and go on bad mouthing those who were simply giving them what they asked for. But this is fallen human nature. Manufacturers take calculated risks and this isn’t one Phonak is going to take.

TBH @Hearing_Potential, we hard of hearing have every right to be highly critical of Phonak or indeed any other hearing aid manufacturer, Phonak do get a lot of things right, but occasionally, they get it wrong! Now, I am sure, Phonak read these forums, it would be in their interest to do so… My Naida Lumity’s 90’s, I received a 30% discount, via one of Phonaks subsidiaries, they asked me to review these new (at the time) Naida’s, and compare them against the Naida Paradise 90’s, perhaps it was coincidental that I am active on this forum, perhaps not? Either way, I gave them my honest opinion, and they gave me an excellent discount, for which I am very grateful… Cheers Kev ![]()

Phonak is receptive to constructive feedback on most things through the right channel; your audiologist.
I’ve already approached them with a request similar to yours which is why I know it’s a hard pass at their end. The cosmetics, retention and comfort won’t ever meet their quality standards and they won’t make them.
If you’re disappointed talk to your audiologist ![]()
