Hi everyone,

I’ve ordered a Noahlink Wireless 2, which should arrive tomorrow.

In the meantime, my hearing care professional has given me a pair of Oticon DemoFlex hearing aids to try out. I previously tested Signia hearing aids, but I’m now trying Oticon Reveal 2 to see if they work better for me.

That’s why I’m now looking for Oticon Genie 2 (version 2026.2 or newer).

Could anyone help me find the software or point me in the right direction?

Hi there @goldenearing great your giving a go, do read the user guides before starting, you'll probably know already but your Audiologist will know when any adjustments have been made,but anyways as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.

I have the Zeal 1 after the second sudden hearing loss in April and am looking for the Oticon Genie 2 software download. I'm aware that I need a Noahlink in order to connect to the hearing aids. Thanks in advance.
