Oticon Streamer Pro Issues

I’ve resolved the crackling noise I mentioned above that I was hearing sometimes when trying to play music.

I was pressing the Aux button for too long to try to make it connect. It’s (by default) a short press to connect to the phone, long press to connect to hearing loop. There’s no hearing loop most places, so all I heard was humming and static.

When this happens, do you see the time on the music player continuing to increment like it’s playing at zero volume?

I get that sometimes, usually at least once a day, especially first thing in the morning when I turn on the Streamer Pro and try to resume playing.

Two fixes I’ve found for it:

• turn off Streamer, start playing on speaker, turn on Streamer. Eventually it switches over.
• turn Bluetooth off and on, wait a bit, press Aux a few times. Eventually it connects and starts playing via the Streamer.
