Compilot II - no sound

When did you get the ComPilot? There might be a firmware update that you could do at home?

To link it to your aids, you won’t be able to do it at home but again, it shouldn’t need to be linked.

The firmware might be what is stopping it connecting straight to your aids?

I’m looking to get this Phonak Target software. Cant seem to find it…

Recently my ComPilot II after 7ish years has finally called it quits. Used it for everything playing games on my PC to podcasts & phone calls… So as you can imagine I’m quite lost without it. Sadly the ComPilot couldn’t be resurrected

I was able to find one on eBay for quite a good deal considering I’m from Canada and shipping can be insane. But unfortunately after getting the unit and expecting to just throw it around my neck and get back to streaming audio. Nothing it powers on I can pair it to Bluetooth but it wont stream audio , the Buttons don’t work as a Remote which I’ve come to find is something that needs to be enabled. But I am able to hear the Audio Test.

Im confused does the ComPilot need to be pair to my HA to stream audio? because I’m seeing conflicting answers. I understand it needs to be to able to use it as a remote

Yes it will need to be “grouped” paired to your HAs in target for volume etc, so a factory reset in target plus see if you can get compilot ll to work on your phone.

No sound from Phonak TVLink via ComPilot II

I’ve just purchased a Phonak TV and Music set off ebay - TVLink & ComPilot II, but can’t get any sound from the ComPilot. I’ve paired the TVLink and ComPilot, both showing solid blue lights and I can get the ComPilot test message and song. I have the TVLink connected by an optical cable. I have the Target software. Any help greatly appreciated.

Right okay so I should be able to factory reset the ComPilot. Is there away to get this Target software. Thanks

I was able to find it on another forum. Got software 10.0 and did a factory reset. Now the ComPilot allows me to stream audio
