Connexx 9 software download

Well first, do you actually need the update? If so just keep trying, if it’s available in your country then you’ll get the message from “update manager”
Actually have you got a screenshot of the message.

Do I need it?

It says has important bugfixes also that has new features and important functionality improvements.

I’ve been trying to get this update a few days from now, probably a few weeks but no luck.

Depending on your model, the IX got the firmware update for LE Audio with Auracast tho, bug fixes, I’d take that with a pinch of salt please, yeah I have no idea why you can’t update “at this time” some are country dependant as well.

Mine are Active Pro, non IX, so hopefully this update can be downloaded in a near future.

Hello all! I just found this forum today and am still reading and learning. My dad just got a pair of Tru Hearing hearing aids model TH RIC LI and I noticed the audiologist using the signia connexx software. Can I get a link to the latest version? Also do I need an additional programming device or is the Bluetooth sufficient?

My dad is struggling with closed dome and switched back to open dome today and the hearing aids had to be reprogrammed as a result. If he wants to switch back for testing again or other tuning I’d like to have the ability to help him.
