Phonak Charger Case Go Problems (Audéo Life)

I have a new set of audios with the magnetic charger
Random problem with both units .either L or R unit not
Charged when I open the case.
I have ear molds for both units. I suspect the cavity for receiving
The speakers is too cramped with the increased volume of the
Molds, the wires are forced upwards, then , when the case cover is closed, the units get
Squeezed , forcing them to lose contact with the charger
Contacts ever so slightly.

Correction to my first post.
The units are lumity models using the EASE model charger
