Sorry to take awhile to reply.

I am currently caring for my serious ill wife

I did try numerous times opening and closing the battery door on the Signia 3nx and also replacing and removing the aids from the charging box on the Signia silk C&G 7IX all to no avail.

The Noah wireless 2 is plugged into the laptop running windows 10.

I am concerned that the C&G 7IX may be faulty.

Do you know of anyone in the UK who can repair them. I got them from a friend who never used them but no idea how old their are and probably not covered by the warranty.
Downloaded the driver for the Noah link to my laptop, but did not make any difference

For those Silk models your referring to? but yes there are others, like HiPro and cables flex connecter etc

Hi Tenkan, I bought 2 signia pure charge n Go aids but they need some adjustments.
I think I need the Connexx software for this, I have a Noahlink already, can you help me to get the Connexx software? Thank you.

Hi, I’m starting my first attempt at hearing aid tweaking. I’ve had my current Signia Motion 13p 7nx aids since November of 2018. Though I have been quite happy with my aids and with my audiologist, one aid recently needed repairs and I suspect that they may not have much life left in them. I’d like to explore tweaking these aids in order to evaluate the possibility of taking on a bigger role in customizing the programming of my next new pair, though they may be an entirely different brand. I’ve just purchased a HIMSA Noahlink Wireless 2 device from Amazon. I’ve just purchased an older used PC with Windows 11 (I’m a Macintosh guy). I’ve started reading info on hearingtracker and the Signia website. What I need now is the appropriate version of the Connexx software and Signia Fitting database. Original documentation for my aids referenced Connexx 8, but I’d prefer the newest version that can handle my old aids. Would someone please provide me with a link to the best version of Connexx and fitting data for my Signia Motion 13p 7nx aids? Thanks in advance.
