Phonak Roger On switch repair guide

Yes, you are correct about the 2 different screw sizes. Drove me nut for a while trying to figure out what is wrong. The problem for me has been trying to find the correct battery with the correct connector style.

Just wanted to say thanks for the images and tips. I dropped mine the other day and it wouldn’t switch off. All fixed with a small chunk of cocktail stick LOL

I found the hardest part was realigning the bungs / plugs

You have done a great job/DIY!

This is awesome! I am a full time college student and recieved a cochlear implant in my right ear july of 24. It came with a Roger on in and 2 weeks ago the battery just stopped charging. I was already out of school for other health issuses. If not it would have been bad. I not only use it to hear in class but I also have a neck loop connected to my tablet to record my professors. Advanced Bionics wants $230 to repair it. Hopefully I will be able to change the battery soon. Thank you so so much!!
