They work good for non-prescription over-the-counter hearing aids. The clarity is good in small settings and I love the ability to have it interact with my iPhone. But I still have problems with clarity and volume in larger groups and noisier environments. I get lost in conversations with four or more people. With these hearing aids I feel that amplification is an issue because the farther I push them into me ear canal, the better the amplitude and clarity. This might be a problem with the fit. I have contacted Jabra support, (which is great) to look into these issues.
