Purchased at Costco, to replace my previous Costco hearing aid that I had for 6 years and that broke. Costco experience was good - hearing test and audiologist were helpful. Referred for Cochlear implant as left ear has degraded in past 6 years, so hearing aid is not doing much.
Love listening to podcasts and audiobooks with my hearing aids, and tapping my ears to play/pause and to answer phone calls without getting my phone out (doesn't always work, but pretty good).
