AI summary of 4 member reviews
Reviewers praised clear sound, strong Bluetooth, and especially good music and streaming performance, with one reviewer saying properly adjusted aids sounded very satisfying and another calling them superior for music and good for speech in quiet settings. Limitations were also common: one reviewer said the automatic restaurant and public-place tuning made voices blur, another reported batteries dropping out and Bluetooth failing, and a third found wind management blocked hearing people outdoors.

Incredibly good but AI needs work- it tries to adjust to restaurants and loud public places but it ends up just making my voice sound louder and other peoples voices less.
I use Phonak Naída Lumity L90-UP hearing aids, and I would like to share my experience from the perspective of someone who has been completely blind since birth. For me, hearing is not just another sense. It is my primary means of orientation, communication, work, and understanding the world around me. That is why sound quality is exceptionally important to me. I am very satisfied with the stability of the Bluetooth connection and the sound quality of my Phonak hearing aids when they are properly adjusted. However, even small changes in the settings or the shape of the earmolds can significantly affect my listening experience. My biggest problem is not the quality of the hearing aids themselves, but the inability to test and fine-tune them extensively in my own environment. Adjustments made in an audiologist's office cannot always demonstrate how the hearing aids will sound at home, while working on a computer, listening to music, or moving around in everyday life. For practical reasons, it is therefore extremely important for me to have access to Phonak Target software and the appropriate programming hardware on my own laptop. I am not asking the manufacturer to make the software specifically accessible for me. I have a family member who is a programmer and could help me, and I could also make adjustments with the assistance of an audiologist or another qualified professional when necessary. My goal is not to replace the audiologist, but to have the opportunity to test and fine-tune the sound more thoroughly in real-life conditions, without constantly depending on visits to the clinic. I sincerely hope that Phonak understands how much this opportunity would mean to someone for whom hearing is the primary foundation of everyday life.
Superior for Music/Streaming, and good for Speech in quiet and not so busy environments. Don't like the wind management, it is only good when you walk alone outside , so it is able to automatically reduce the wind noise but this came with the caveat that I can't hear people speaking when wind management is active.
Problem with zinc air batteries dropping out many times a day. Also Bluetooth no longer connects or stays connected.
