Reviewers most often said these aids improved clarity and confidence, especially in noisy groups, streaming, and social settings, with one reviewer calling them life-changing and others saying they sounded natural or better than prior Phonak models. Other reviewers reported mixed experiences, including setup trouble, inconsistent performance, weak voice pickup, battery drain, and app or Bluetooth quirks, so the results did not feel uniform for everyone.
