As explained in the review of my experience with my Signias, I currently use these Elehears only because they gave me sound in my left ear (which ceased in my LH Signia aid) and binaural sound when listening to audio from my phone.
Use this as a back up since I received the rexton reach hearing aids several months ago. The sound in noise works great, it reduces background noise and loud sudden harsh noises.
