They work good for non-prescription over-the-counter hearing aids. The clarity is good in small settings and I love the ability to have it interact with my iPhone. But I still have problems with clarity and volume in larger groups and noisier environments. I get lost in… Read full review

I am a new Fortell user. They have dramatically improved my ability to understand speech in noise, my primary hearing problem. Also, in my experience it’s performance with music is quite strong.
