Dry ears, suggestions?

Unlike most people, due to a neurological condition, I don’t sweat and have very dry skin including in my ears. I have tried using olive oil, but I am not keen and find it a bit messy. Does anyone have recommendations for ear moisturiser which is hearing aid friendly?

I have eczema too, so I just use CereVe moisturizing cream, which I use for a body cream. It doesn’t seem to hurt my hearing aids. I let it dry before I put on my aids.

you could try rubbing one drop of pure glycerol inside your ear canal before going to bed. you can buy it in pharmacies (at least over here). it works miracles (at least in my case)……
