Bernafon fitting software for viron 1 and 3

Hello All!

Im new here and need the fitting software for bernafon Viron 1 and 3 for Oticon Zircon. Could anyone help me, please?

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

The best place is through the software, the “help” files have just about everything to help you along.

Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the corrert hardware interface, your models were released in 2015/16, so if that’s correct then the fittinglink would be the one to use.

Hi tenkan, all goes well except that I cannot program JU9 devices with version 20.2 as JU (juno) devices are not listed. Seems I need more legacy for the JU9 devices.

Oh okay, bummer, I’ll have a look around and see if that older version is available.

Could you please send me the link for Bernafon Alpha, too? - I tried the software for Bernafon Viron, but it doesnt support the Alpha! And please for the Oticon Zirkon of my Mum, too!

Could you tell me, how/where i could find it out, on my own? - I spent sooo many hours trying to find it out! Is this possible for “Non-Acoustics”, too? - I would be pleased, being able to find it all out, on my own so that i dont have to be
pesky/annoying/troubeling…

Thank you for your quick response! Could you please answer my questions? Should i be able to programm the alpha 5 with the same software as the viron 1? - its because the system always shows that it doesnt support the alpha 5!
If it doesnt need the same software, could you please sendbme the link for the alpha5?

Yeah good question, only 3 years difference between release dates for those 2 models, so it seems you need a later version of Bernafon Oasis software for the later version Alpha model.
