I have so many well made well fitting ear moulds that have vents put in as Boots Hearing Care couldn’t get it right.
Is that a way to block the vents so I can use them?
I still like to wear my hearing aids despite my hearing being 120 in both ears.
Would super glue work?

Any soft, shapeable material should work. Just pack it in. A bit of cotton, caulking, heck even tooth paste should work.

I stuffed an actual wooden tooth pick thing in it. I cut it to make it shorter.
It’s worked.
My friend can’t hear any feedback coming from my ears.

not sure what the mold looks like… Those are molds not domes I guess.
With age over time, doesn’t the speaker loosen up in those?
But if not a concern, you probably could use a tiny drop of superglue (cyanoacrylate) and a piece of fishing tackle which after insertion, you trim flush as desired. Could add a second or third piece in parallel before the glue.
Would use slightly thicker glue if purchasing for this purpose.
Just a shot in the dark here, not familiar with the situation.
