Phonak Audeo L30-R interference left side when

I have 2x Phonak Audeo L30-R purchased 4 months ago from Boots hearing care.
My left side has developed a crackling/ interference noise when streaming music from my iphone/ recieving incoming calls through bluetooth. I’ve changed the filter and checked the device is clean.
My first reaction is to let the technician at Boots check it over. The aids work well in normal use i.e. voice and television but not when the sound comes through the iphone. Any thoughts? thankyou.

I remember something altering the “balance” in accessibility on my Android. Somehow the streaming balance moved to fully right:

Maybe something similar in iPhone??

the interference appears to have disappeared. I actually deleted and reinstated the phonak app on my phone which seems a bit drastic but everything has re-set and the crackling is no more. It’s fixed but not really any the wiser if it happens again.
