Hi all,

Is anyone a member of the forum over at hearingaidtalk.com16?

Theres a user who has created a modified noahlink wireless driver for use with emulated windows 11 pcs on silicon macs.

My membership is awaiting approval - is anyone already approved that could help me obtain the file? It the file named ‘Noahlink.inf.zip’

Thanks in advance for any help.

Seriously, wait it out or even better just buy a very cheap windows laptop and start your project straight away, easy as and never have any “bricking” concerns with using an odd ball set up, cheers

I think this is what i am needing, the newest driver for noah is an inf i read. none one that himsa page are allowing my stuff to work right. just a thought.

But it’s shouldn’t be your using a windows PC not something else right, as you’ve done both the Airlink 2 firmware update to make it Noahlink wireless and you did the driver update from himsa, so nothing else driver wise to try in that regard, if it was me I’d try to see if other software like Phonak target to see if recognises your Noahlink, or even try SmartFit/Noahlink wireless on another PC, I just don’t know what could be the actual issue right now.

There’s so many different drivers on the himsa page. I downloaded all of them because I was having trouble updating the Airlink. One finally worked. I am wondering if I used the wrong one.
Seems to me the Noah is working though because it brings up my hearing aids. Let’s me assign them. But then won’t go further.
I don’t have the option of another pc.
What version firmware on himsa should be the correct one?
I am considering buying an actual Noahlink. Thank you for your help.
Oh. There’s a Noahlink inf on the other forum. It’s the driver than can be used in device manager. I wanna try that file. Do you have that by any chance? I think it’s called Noahlink updater inf. Zip

I sent that link for the driver, it takes you straight to the only one you should use, which you did, because you posted a screenshot of your Airlink 2 as a Noahlink wireless etc all the “older versions” you don’t download.
I’ve never heard of inf updater, I mean himsa is the only place you should download from, your using a standard windows laptop, that modified file was so you could use Noahlink with some mismatched/modified PC system, I donno mate but your just throwing dust into the wind u think, what does device manager say when you plug your Noahlink in?

Not sure what you mean. I am just communicating. Relaying any thoughts I have. I don’t know what’s helpful or useless. I don’t wanna get kicked for being a nuisance so I am not going to comment about it anymore. Thank you for trying.

Yes I understand, but what I meant is i don’t know how this inf is going to solve this exact issue your having, and I realise your just trying to solve your issue, but I keep thinking it’s not a driver issue, but to be 100% this is why I mentioned if you could try on another PC, one that hasn’t been compromised, as in new/fresh download an install of SmartFit and you won’t have to do any downloads for driver/ firmware update on Noahlink wireless, because you’ve done it already, so Noahlink will be plug and play, if everything works you know some issue with your PC, if you still get the same issue then you know it’s the Noahlink wireless.

I don’t think this is a driver issue, either. Device manager is a pretty good indicator you are in business up to the fitting app. Try the fitting app of another brand like target? That has a button to verify the noahlink.
