Hi Mike, yeah nothing wrong with keeping all your options open, you’ll find most sound similar anyway, hearing is a very subjective experience for people, trial them and choose the one that works best for you.

Hello, I am also looking for the ReSound SmartFit software to program a pair of Jabra Enhance Pro 30 from Costco.

@tenkan I posted about this elsewhere, but is there a way to connect using remote fitting/connection to a jabra user? (she’s 95 years old). I have smart fit software and noahlink

If that other person is near you … have them come to you location and connect there aids to your computer with Noahlink .
If they are far away then you have two options
You would have to have them at your location for one time to pair there phone and ’s to your computer software … after that you can connect remotely through there Phone .
If they have a noahlink ?? use a remote windows software like Anydesk or there are several others, You would connect over the internet with the friends computer and help them with the Smart fit software.
I do not know the legal and Liability ramifications of programing someone else’s HA’s with out licensing …

i am having the exact same issue with my updated airlink 2, smartfit, and the ep30s. did you ever find a solution?

Strange behaviour, 99% don’t have any issues (including mine) there’s another member going through this same issue, he’s returned his for an actual Noahlink wireless, hopefully he’ll report back to let everyone know.

I sometime have that problem … had it today … I restarted the software and turned off my phone (it is suppost to work even with the phone on ) … turn the aids off and back on when it starts to search and finaly connected (first time connecting can be a problem ) .

thanks for the suggestion. i just tried that process exactly but it still gives me the ‘connection error’ message. oddly, it has no problem detecting and correctly identifying (and beeping) the jabra ep30 pros. the ebay vendor offers free returns so i submitted an rma today. i have a couple of weeks to send it back and still hoping to find a solution before then. any help/suggestions is appreciated!

Can you do the 2 time connection method, at that time of 2nd “connect” open and close the battery door and then click on “connect”

tenkan, i am an utter neophyte at this point. wben you say battery door, are you referring to the battery door of the airlink or the ep30s charger? i regret to say that i am unfamiliar with the 2 time connection method but will try anything.

Oh you got the rechargeable ones of course, yeah well you can turn on/off with the buttons or put in and then remove from charger, just saying it might work, it’s weird this Airlink 2 issue, actually the other forum member posted earlier that he’d received his new Noahlink wireless and they connected straight away and no longer have the error message of “can’t connect”

ah, that makes sense. i’ve wasted enough time trying to refurbish an old airlink (tho i realize many have done so successfully) that i think i’ll spring for an actual noahlink. i shall return…

Greetings. I too have just purchased the Jabra Enhance 30 hearings aids and would like to learn the programming. Could I also obtain the appropriate software download link which I assume is the same as the Resound software. I will for sure research and read the user guides as well as purchase the Noahlink device. Thank you.

Hey there from Melbourne Oz. I’m getting the Jabra Enhance Pro 30’s and when I get the programming software, will order the Noahlink from Amazon. Can you please send me a link to the Resound software. Thanks!
