I am replacing my 4 year old hearing aids, which are perfect (other than not working so great anymore) IN-ear, Bluetooth & Rechargeable. Why can I not find any now?

I’m assuming that you are referring to hearing aids (completely inside the canal). Which one do you have now?
I’m not aware of any CIC Hearing Aids with Bluetooth functionalities. There are some that are not completely in the canal like the AirPods Pro , Sony CRE -E10 (over the counter ) or the signia active pro.

I should add that I have had the Signia AXi(?) for over 3 years, but ilI would like to find a SMALLER size, with these features.
At this point I am finding nothing, except the same model. Am I just outta luck? I expected technology would be making giant leaps and bounds during these three years!

Starkey Bluetooth

Starkey offers Bluetooth-enabled CIC (Completely-in-Canal) hearing aids, such as the Genesis CIC, which features 2.4 GHz wireless streaming and is powered by the Neuro Processor and Neuro Sound Technology, enhancing memory, speed, and overall performance.23 The Starkey Genesis AI 24 CIC WL is a Bluetooth Invisible hearing aid available for purchase.4 These devices allow for wireless connectivity with smartphones, tablets, TVs, and other audio devices, providing users with more control and ease of use.5 They can be paired with the My Starkey app for additional functionality and health tracking.6 Additionally, Starkey’s CIC R NW model is the world’s smallest custom rechargeable hearing aid, offering up to 38 hours of use and is waterproof.78

You can try Starkey.

Caution! Your hearing may have changed these last three years.
ALSO you may be injuring your hearing by assuming amps alone are OK.
Please be sure to have your hearing tested and spend some time, speaking to various sources to learn about what could work best for you. The Starkey Freezerman404 mentions might be good. But do plenty of research.
