Oticon SmartCharger "system error"

I faced a similar problem with a charger by a different manufacturer. I found a reset button accessible with a paper clip that definitely clicked when pressed (all power removed from device). That fixed it. If nothing like that on your charger, ask the manufacturer’s tech support

Great suggestion, thank you. Unfortunately I can’t find any re-set holes or buttons so I’m going to contact tech-support tomorrow.

Hmmm. It’s been over a month since your last post. How did you fix the problem, if at all?

Sorry for delayed reply! I contacted Oticon & was directed to “contact your Hearing Care Professional to have your devices evaluated and sent in the repair facility, if they deem it necessary.” There’s no warranty & the charger still works while it’s plugged in so I haven’t tried to get it repaired.
