I think you need to get them remade if your ear is that sore. I love how I hear with the titanium cshells but I had to get my left one replaced many times over the last year until it finally doesn’t hurt.

This is correct. All titanium shells are made in Vietnam no matter where in the world you live.

Hi I have just seen this post, I don’t know what titanium c shells look like but I have eczema in both ears & the spray I use dries my ear canal so I have problems getting them in & out so I use a very thin smear of ear olive oil on my finger & wipe it over the bulbous part of my domes so is it possible you could do that on titanium c shells, just a thought.

Thank you for this! I wondered about that and am glad to see an example of the oil to use. Will give it a try.

It all depends on how well the mold stays in place. I do best with a full skeleton lock but others are fine with slim tips. Note: It's not that the molds fall out but that they can slip out enough to cause leakage and feedback.
