Hi all , I’m on my second pair of aids from Widex, ASAllure 330 unfortunately the app is not available in Luxembourg?? , and I can not get the volume low enough to listen to streamed material. Don’t buy these aids yet in Luxembourg

I connected my Android phone VPN to a Luxembourg server and was able to download the app from Google Playstore. Are you using a Apple device?
