I have the Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio 90s, and I have two questions that will show my ignorance. Curious if anyone can explain to me and guide me here:
(1) I’ve noticed that when listening to podcasts streamed directly to the , the ambient sounds in the room or car are actually louder. So I can hear the dehumidifier in the room or the turn signal, at a louder volume than when not streaming. Is that because in automatic (non-streaming mode) the Spheres filter out more background noise?
(2) Any suggestions for how to adjust the settings through the app to customize my own program that would amplify softer voices in a classroom? There doesn’t tend to be background noise (other than an HVAC system when on) as there would be in a restaurant, but I’m trying to hear those speaking on the other side of a classroom in an otherwise pretty quiet setting.
Thank you!
