I have Paradise P90Rs. When clarity is an issue. I open up myPhonak. I boost mid and high frequencies and it helps
I found mydomes were often the culprit. I’m much better off now I have moulded inserts.

If the audiologist can’t copy the settings from your Marvel to the Sphere, you can. Just download the software form this forum and do it yourself.

Yes, these prices go all over the place, forcing buyers to become creative. You can buy a pair of Spheres at Wholesale Hearing (UK) for about 3,150 USD (TV streamer thrown in).

When in Geneva I would go (went) to Annemasse, just across the border. Annecy is about 30 km away, Lyon about 100 km. With increasing numbers of audiologists, and decreasing prices…

Of course, all the software is windows based, you’ll need the hardware interface as well tho. is usually easy for most, but not for everyone.

I had to return my Sphere90 aids. They were ghastly and messed with my head. Maybe good for many people, but my experience with them was garbage. I now have Sennheiser Sonite aids that while not as technically advanced, actually do a fabulous job and are a pleasure to wear, unlike the Spheres

Wow, I rarely see “ghastly” used anywhere, much less as a critique of ! That sounds like misophonia to the maximum extent possible. I’m glad you did find something functional and pleasant that works for you!

Phonak have a program called “Speech in 360⁰” in previous generations. It would swish around my head trying to concentrate on the loudest speaker, whether I wanted to hear that person or not. I found this “ghastly”, as it actually made me feel dizzy.
