Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.

Looking for a current link to HearSuite download. My old setup.exe install (2021) won’t update (claims incompatibility with OS) to the latest version under Windows 11

Hi there, oh ok so still getting these issues, you’d think they’d get this sorted out, it’s not just Demant, GN ReSound as well, anyways I’m sure you’ll be good to go now.

Hi, I am also looking for a link to the Philips Hearsuite software for my 9050 hearing aids. Hopefully it will work with my Windows 11 OS. I have ordered a Noahlink Wireless 2 that should be here in a week. Thanks.

Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, as you already have the Noahlink wireless I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time, and yes win11 will be fine.

Yes it’s really quite easy and a bit if fun getting things right, a good thing all in your own time whenever you want.

I thought I was crazy and couldn’t find the private message button to receive or read messages. After perusing the forums my ‘trust level’ is now at Basic so I can send/receive PM’s now.

Thanks again, no rush.

I’m getting my 9050 hearing aids in a couple of weeks and would love a link to the software. I’ll be picking up a Noahlink Wireless as well.

Hi Tenkan.

Love what you have going on here. It is a huge benefit to myself and many others. Like many of those “others”, I am hoping to get a download link for the latest Phillips HearSuite software. I already ordered a Noahlink Wireless 2 and look forward to learning so much more on this site so that I can get my on.

Thank you so much @tenkan.
I have a follow up question re: the new update.

I just got a notification re: The new Philips HearSuite update, and some parts of the Terms and Conditions concern me.
There is a reference to the original packaging. Extensive disclaimers about data logging including hearing aid serial numbers. as well as some file names that include wording like “microsoft.identity.client.” and “microsoft.identitymodel.logging,”

It appears to me that Costco and Philips have been working together to lock down access to HearSuite to anyone who does not purchase directly from Costco. When I initially tried to get my E-Bay purchased 9050 hearing aids tuned by Costco, they said they cannot do any work on hearing aids for anyone but the original purchaser. When I tried to get HearSuite from Philips, they said they have an exclusive contract with Costco and the software is only authorized for the original purchaser.

My concern is that the new update may require a software passkey, customer I.D., or some other information for access that I may not have.

Do you foresee any problems with doing this update?

Hey you’ll be fine, no problem with them making it hard to get Hearsuite, most of the manufacturers are doing this, but Phillips is sold outside of Costco as well, so I don’t ever see them going down locking or anything like that, Widex has started cloud based programming on the Allure platform already, but it’s a bit of a fiasco for them so don’t see others following this.
