I'm a ReSound Nexia BTE and RIE (Left and Right) User and I need to fine tune myself (mainly Smartlink+/TV Streamer+ sound level tweaking), because a trip to audiologist is tedious, takes a lot of time, and does not allow for quick feedback loops.

To do so, I know that I need to

• purchase the NoahLink Wireless 2 device
• install ReSound Smart Fit software
• read the DIY

However: I do not have a link to obtain the Smart Fit Software. Could you perhaps please provide a link?

I was prescribed the Resound Vivia by the VA specifically for tinnitus and hearing loss incurred while in the military. However, after a quick whiz-bang run through of fitting and intro to hearing aids (true to much of our VA healthcare), I find out that the audiologist didn't enable tinnitus masking and several other programs. I haven't heard back from my request to Resound to download the SmartFit software. Can anyone help with where I can find a link? I hate to wait another month(s) to get it right. I do know that I’d need to purchase a Noahlink programmer. Thanks in advance.
