I have a Phonak Naída L90 SP hearing aid and I’m experiencing stability issues with media streaming. When connected to my phone to watch videos or listen to music, the volume occasionally drops and gradually loses power. Many times the sound comes back automatically, but it feels as if the signal strength keeps fluctuating and cannot stay stable.
I have tried resetting the Bluetooth connection with my Redmi Note 10S Android phone, but this did not solve the issue.
The same behavior occurs when I connect to my laptop or TV via Bluetooth. The issue also appears when I use a different phone.
Pairing and connecting to devices always works smoothly — the problem usually arises after a few seconds or minutes of use.
I have already experimented with the Bluetooth bandwidth settings (fixed and adaptive) in Phonak Target, but this didn’t help.
I’m running out of ideas about what might be causing this. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas.
Thanks!
