Phonak Infinio Sphere - Everything gets very loud when receiving phone notification

I have had my Phonak Sphere for a coupe of days. Very happy with it after trying out the Jabra 30 / Resound Vivia 9 first.

When I get a notification on my phone the programme in the Phonak App changes from Automatic to Bluetooth streaming for a very short period and the sound becomes very loud.

Is there somewhere I can change the Bluetooth streaming programme or is there anything else I can do to stop this Bluetooth streaming programme switching on briefly. Or at least have it set to match whatever programme I am currently on?

Yes, have your clinician turn down the lows in the streaming music program to match your regular program.

And then turn off most of your notifications.

Left only. I don’t wear anything in right. Have tried previously but didn’t find any benefit from them.

I actually bought the hearing aid online as the company had a massive saving compared to others. I needed to visit an audiologist locally to get a custom mould done and then REM also.
