I’m not saying they should talk about my aids
I should have said “compliment” rather than “talk about” - although some people might think it’s rude to admit they’ve noticed hearing aids at all, I suppose.

Plastic rarely matches the appearance of skin because it is too uniform whereas skin varies in texture and quality as well as in colour with the seasons and your state of general health.
If you have glasses I recommend matching then colour to the frames of your glasses if you have very little hair. It’s generally more discreet than a skin colour.
Please consider using vanish4 to stain the colour of the tubing rather than creating holes in cartilage. It doesn’t heal well and you may end up looking like a cat with ragged ears from too much fighting if it gets infected.

Or perhaps Vincent van Gogh…

I have rose gold Rextons from Costco. I’m a caucasian male. Not perfect match to skin tone, but not bad.
I’m not into body modification so I have not poked a hole in my ear.
Good luck.

Weighing in with my own color choices: Phonak Lumity Life 312s ROCKIN’ in these 2 shades, Precious Pink (awwwww, wuv the name) and Caribbean Pirate (makes me feel like one just having them on):
I am known for whipping these aids outta my ears to show them off at the dinner table - especially one with others who wear aids in BMW-safe colors. Skin tones? YE. GODS. My first pair of Starkey aids were shiny, flesh-toned plastic . How do you spell FUGLY DUGLY?

FYI Blue cars do not hold their value as well as gray/silver - so the color is not as common for new cars thus fewer used cars.

Most of the Pacificas I saw were Black, Gray, or White. Black and White were the most common. I saw no Silver colored ones.
According to an iSeeCars study of all cars, Gray depreciates only slightly less than Blue (0.4%), while Black (1.4%) and White (1.6%) have somewhat higher depreciation rates. On the other hand, new Pacificas currently have a $495 upcharge for Silver and Blue while Black and White do not. I suspect that dealers order the cheaper colors for their inventory.
I found the iSeeCars study results and they show results by type of car. Black, White, and Gray have the worst depreciation for minivans.

For about 5 years I wore bright red ones. I wanted to talk about hearing loss and hoped someone would be attracted to talk, but no one ever mentioned them. Well, maybe once!
It’s also a fact that the newest style aids are virtually invisible from the front–those using thin wires to connect the earpiece with the bigger part (behind the ear). When well-fitted, these are invisible from the front and the side.
