Searching for Aurafit latest version

Hi,

Got fitted with Unitron Vista V5 UP 675.

I am looking for Aurafit latest version. Tried with the 5.5.1 which is dated 2023-10-20.
But my Vista BTE does not show up in the software. Probably that this 5.5.1 is too old in regard to the hearing aid.

So, here I am searching for a more recent version of Aurafit.

You could just use the update function and get the latest yourself.

I would be glad to use an update button. But there is none in that software. Hence my request for the newest release.

Really, are you sure, it used to be top right corner on the fitting window/page? This is the same as the Unitron TrueFit software right?

Yep, the Aurafit shortcut does point to a TrueFit.exe. But there is no update software available in the menu.

I am coming from a Phonak Target world for the diy. And in target there is an update.

I dont know Truefit, only had the last month. And these require Aurafit to be programmed.

Doc may say something. But the software say

Maybe driven by a registry key, or an ini file somewhere. Or maybe this build does not include that option.

Yes could be that, I don’t have this installed on my PC, but I’ll give this a go over the weekend and see if I can find it, have you tried installing in another country,as it might be country dependant? USA or UK or other european country.

Tried to install aurafit after switching my pc to US as well as UK. Nope, still no software update in the menu.

Researched the config file in the directory as well as the registry. Nothing obvious and all my attempts changed nothing.

Happy to reports that even if the does not show up in the list, it does work when connected thru noahlink wireless2. No issue at all.

Ahh the “hidden menu” trick! Target and KS models from Costco had that, I don’t suppose that “update” feature uses the same feature?

Hi there @eumel great your giving a go, do read the user guides before starting plus you'll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
