How to Clear Oticon Log Files

I would like to clear all the old data logging files from Oticon Genie. Does anyone know how to do this?

I understand that at the end of each fitting session the log files are saved to Genie and erased from the hearing aids. I found the log file folder in “Program Data” in Windows and erased all of these but when I re-opened Genie they were all still there.

Delete all Genie2 files and then uninstall genie, I use IObit Uninstaller gets everything, then install Genie2 again, should be good to go, you’ll need to make a client and copy from to keep your settings.
