Phonak I90 Spheres fittings

Since there are highly experienced phonak users here I’d love to see screenshots of their Sphere settings as I am struggling with autosense and the aids in general.

If I could just copy the settings of a happy user with a similar it would give me a good starting point to work from :+1:

I have Oticon Intents which are good and easy to use but they were fitted with rem at an audiologist.

I bought the spheres to get the best speech in noise and to have an extra set.

I am not sure how helpful copying someone’s settings will be. Folks with similar can hear very differently. I would start with Audiogram Direct and let Target select the default settings based on the audiogram direct measurments.. After that I would fine tune any volume settings using the Automatic fine tuning function. If you have updated the firmware to the Ultra version the first fit (i.e. letting Target make the initial selections) should put you pretty close to where you want to be.

There’s just so many adjustments on each audiosense sphere in noise etc etc. I’m likely just guessing what I need to do.

Guess I’ll go back to basics and give it a try again.

Most everything works well at the default setting. I would start there and give things a fair trial before you start playing with other adjustments. I would make sure you copy the spheric in loud noise program as a separate program so you can select it manually. Other than that I would make adjustments slowly.

Just did it today and they are much better.

I haven’t set up spheric as a selectable program but will do. Thanks!!
