Widex "Dream" series(440?) software

Hello, I just joined and am hoping I might be able to find out how to program my hearing aids. I got them in 2015. Last year I lost the remote that I liked to use to adjust volume and program selection. I’ve wanted to do my own programming but do have the software.

I have no idea what version of widex software the audiology person used.

Any information on how to make any adjustments to my aids is most appreciated!

Welcome @Deaner great your giving a go, we’ll need to know the exact model your using, these older models 2015 will require older programming device, (ProLink for wireless, non wireless mostly HiPro and cables etc) .

The Widex dream is still available in the latest version of Compass, the standalone programming software.

Yes, Prolink is necessary (per Compass). The lowest price I’ve found on eBay is $180 (I’ve been searching for a cheap one for a while, but unfortunately, I haven’t been successful).
I’ve seen the RC-Dex (remote control) for approximately $50 on eBay.

Thanks for the info! I see another member says the prolink is required which may be too spendy for me. I am not sure what model I have specifically. The numbers on my old warranty card don’t seem to correspond to other designations

Yeah crazy pricing on it, I picked mine up quite cheap at auction a long time back when I was using the Evoke, that’s the problem with this proprietary stuff way overpriced!
