Are you completely sure about this? From what I understand, Miracle Ear locks their hearing aids so only they can program them, and they only offer service to the original owner.
At time of purchase at Miracle-Ear (3100 Quaker-Bridge Rd, Hamilton NJ), the provider confirmed they could attempt a reprogramming for a new wearer. That said, please assume that programming support is not guaranteed for a second-hand buyer. Independent audiologist reprogramming may or may not be possible based on model so , serial, and store policy At time of purchase at Miracle-Ear (3100 Quaker-Bridge Rd, Hamilton NJ), the provider confirmed they could attempt a reprogramming for a new wearer. I recommend contacting the Hamilton Miracle-Ear store to verify before purchase. I recommend contacting the Hamilton Miracle-Ear store to verify before purchase. I could also go there.
Bottom line: You’re offering a pair of aids for $3,000 without any guarantee that they can be used by someone else. Please consider that these aids are the equivalent of a Signia Silk. The Signia Silk can be bought brand new with warranty from Injoy Hearing for less that $2800/pair.
Normally, I don’t respond to classifieds unless I’m buying, but I feel compelled to this time to prevent any confusion among my HearingTracker forum friends.
These were purchased new from Miracle-Ear in August 2025 for just over $6,000 and were barely used.
At the time of purchase, the Hamilton NJ Miracle-Ear provider stated they could re-program for a new wearer if needed. That said, I understand programming is not guaranteed at all locations, so buyers should verify locally.
I could sale it for $2,300 OBO, and I’m open to reasonable offers.
Sorry for repeated messages with mistakes but the window is so small on my MacBook and I am typing too fast.
Thanks for sharing the Costco comparison.
Just to clarify, the MeMini R 25P is not the same product as the Rexton Reach.
They share a manufacturer, but the fitting software, feature set, and bundled service model differ. Direct price comparisons aren’t 1:1 because Miracle-Ear packages include different processing, app ecosystem, and clinic-based adjustments.
That said, I understand pricing can vary widely across distribution channels.
I’m asking $2,300 OBO and open to reasonable offers.
“fitting software, feature set, and bundled service model differ. Direct price comparisons aren’t 1:1 because Miracle-Ear packages include different processing, app ecosystem, and clinic-based adjustments” This is true but your sale does not include the bundled service. The app is pretty much identical. HW is identical. The INOX will include 3 yrs of bundled services, warranty and loss coverage, unlimited supplies, unlimited visits and cleaning.
Appreciate the detail.
To clarify for anyone following:
• The MeMini R 25P and Rexton inoX share the same underlying WS Audiology platform, but they are not necessarily programmed or packaged identically.
• Hardware similarities don’t always mean functional equivalence — feature availability depends on firmware, app integration, and fitting software access.
• You’re correct that this listing does not include bundled service, so buyers should consider that when comparing values.
That said, these units are in excellent condition for anyone who prefers this model or already works with a Miracle-Ear provider.
I confirmed directly with the Hamilton NJ Miracle-Ear office (3100 Quaker-Bridge Rd).
They said the MeMini R 25P devices can be officially transferred to a new owner for a $750 fee, which includes re-programming and registration under the new owner’s name.
That means these hearing aids can be reused through Miracle-Ear’s network once the transfer is completed.
The pair remains lightly used, in excellent condition, and includes charger + paperwork.
OBO, open to reasonable offers.

Before comparing, I encourage anyone interested to look into the actual performance and build quality of the Miracle-Ear MeMini R 25P system. Costco and other retailers offer good options, but they’re not the same products, and direct comparisons require using both devices side-by-side.
Opinions are helpful, but they’re not the same as real-world testing.
Just an update for anyone who saw or commented on my earlier post:
I went in person to the Miracle-Ear clinic in Hamilton, NJ (3100 Quaker Bridge Rd) to verify everything directly with the specialist who originally fit these devices. They confirmed that the MeMini R 25P can be officially transferred to a new owner and re-programmed for that person. The clinic charges a $750 transfer + reprogram fee, which includes registering the new owner in their system.
Because this transfer must be completed face-to-face, I can only sell to someone in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, or New York area. I am also willing to go with the buyer in person to the clinic so all details can be confirmed directly with the specialist.
These Miracle-Ear MeMini R 25P devices were purchased on August 20th, 2025 for $6,029, used less than 5 times, and are in excellent, like-new condition.
This is a premium miniature rechargeable /mini-RIC model built on the WS Audiology platform, known for:
compact, discreet fit
excellent speech clarity and directionality
strong noise and feedback reduction
stable Bluetooth
full-featured Miracle-Ear app
lithium-ion rechargeable power
customizable professional fitting through the ME system
This model is part of Miracle-Ear’s high-end mini line designed for people who want top performance in the smallest form factor. While other retailers offer different models, this exact device has its own housing, firmware, and fitting environment.
I’m open to reasonable, serious offers.
I’m not setting a fixed price — simply make a fair offer based on the fact that these cost over $6,000 and are almost new. If the offer makes sense, we can make a deal.
If you’re local and interested, feel free to contact me.
